Lead Our Service Team — 45+ Year Company, Real Growth Path

Service Manager

Corrigan has been designing and manufacturing humidification, misting, and water filtration systems for commercial clients since 1979. We’re growing and we need a hands-on leader to grow our service department with us.

As Service Manager, you’ll lead our Service Coordinator and Service Technicians, own service department profitability, and be the technical go-to for our customers and our own manufacturing team. You’ll report directly to the President and sit on our leadership team, with real influence over service strategy.

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Growing service revenue and building out maintenance programs and recurring revenue streams
  • Leading, hiring, and developing a small team of technicians (plus supporting their training and certifications)
  • Serving as the escalation point when customers or our manufacturing team need real technical answers
  • Owning the numbers: profitability, callback rates, customer satisfaction, KPIs

What you bring:

  • 5–10 years managing a field service organization
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting chops
  • A track record of leading technicians and keeping customers happy
  • Bonus points for water treatment, HVAC, refrigeration, or controls experience, but if you’ve led a strong service team in an adjacent industry, we want to talk

Why Corrigan:

  • A company with 45+ years of stability and a reputation for quality in a niche, recession-resistant industry
  • A genuine leadership seat. You’ll shape service strategy, not just execute it
  • Discretionary annual bonus, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, SIMPLE IRA with company match
  • Support for WQA certification and ongoing technical development

Must be able to commute to our Gurnee, IL office. All candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and credit check.
